Specifically designed for use in onboard fish processing lines at factory trawlers and on conveyor belts, this marine scale is built to deliver accurate and reliable weighing in demanding marine environments.
The system is type-approved, and compensates for tilt, motion, and gravity, supporting precise weighing in rough seas. Size, capacity, and resolution can be tailored to both conveyor design and customer needs.
The u4000 hopper scale comprises load cells, a compensation unit, and a u4000 weighing indicator. All our marine scales offer high accuracy, rapid weighing, and a durable design in stainless steel AISI 316.
The u4000 indicator can be equipped with the uFish application, an interface supporting various weighing functions. The system can be used to weigh a continuous product flow into batches for packing and other purposes.
The uFish interface is easy to use and operated via a touchscreen or remote controller, displaying selected weighing operations.
